Delivering HOPE for 30 Years
Help us upgrade & develop our fleet of delivery trucks for HOPE Pantry's 30 year anniversary!
HOPE Pantry began by providing food, clothing, and shelter to individuals & families in Lake Elsinore and surrounding communities in December of 1990.
By meeting immediate physical needs, HOPE Pantry provides people with a connection to a community of support and an on-ramp to a transformational process toward self-sufficiency.
HOPE Pantry became a ministry of the Dream Center Lake Elsinore in 2017 and since that point, we have seen the number served skyrocket from 800 to 4,000 people per month in 2020. We are also starting to facilitate a case management program to offer support to those looking to break out of cycles of poverty and into a victorious future!
With the expanded reach of this ministry, there is also an expanded need.
We are looking for ways to more effectively help "deliver HOPE" to our community. First, as we pick-up food from local grocery stores, and from businesses, churches, and schools that facilitate food drives. Second, as we distribute food into the community through senior & shut-in deliveries and fresh rescue sites at local churches.
Over the years we've had delivery vans as well as a box truck that have served us well, but these vehicles are no longer able to keep up with the needs of an expanding volume of families who are receiving food through HOPE Pantry.
We need to upgrade & expand our fleet of delivery vehicles in order to meet the increased need & deliver HOPE to the people of Lake Elsinore and its surrounding communities!
We are inviting YOU to come alongside us as we celebrate 30 years of providing food to our community through HOPE Pantry.
Let's raise $30,000 in 30 days in order to upgrade & develop a fleet of 3 delivery trucks to more effectively & efficiently meet the needs in Lake Elsinore!
YOUR gift will be a HUGE part of continuing to deliver HOPE to Lake Elsinore. In keeping with the theme of 30 years, consider giving $30, $300, $3,000... or you could add a couple more zeros at the end! 😉
